Data Isolation Per Organization
Each organization’s data is logically isolated. Users can only access documents, abstracts, and portfolio data belonging to their organization. No cross-tenant data leakage is possible.
Encryption In Transit & At Rest
All data is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ during transmission and AES-256 encryption at rest. Document uploads, API communications, and stored abstracts are all protected with industry-standard encryption.
Role-Based Access Control
Fine-grained access control with Admin and Contributor roles. Admins manage users, settings, and export profiles. Contributors work with documents within their assigned scope. Every action is logged.
